This phone has very good coverage nationwide. Tracfone and Net10 are the only prepaid phones that roam for normal rates. How do Tracfone and Net10 prepaid Cell phone plans work?

It is really simple, you purchase your phone and a minute card. The Net10 plan charges you 10 cents a minute all the time. The Tracfone plan you can use for less than $10 a month but the minutes usually cost more. You activate your phone and add the minute card to your phone. No credit check, no contracts, no age limit, no penalty for letting your service lapse. It is really simple. I have used a Tracfone for a couple of years and now I am using a Net10 phone. My average cell phone expense over the last several years is less than $20 a month.

The Kyocera FS-6900 Printer – Low in Running Cost, But Not in Performance

Image : http://www.flickr.com

For any industry requiring low operational cost but high productivity, the Kyocera FS-6900 printer is suitable. There is practically no printing task this machine can’t handle. It has an output speed of up to 25 pages every minute. The secret for that is a very fast processor. Inside its casing is a 100 MHz Motorola PowerPC 603e.

Need to print simple texts or spreadsheets one day and complex graphics the next? No problem. The FS-6900 is versatile enough to handle all those. Plus there’s no need to limit printouts on plain paper. It can work very well on other media such as transparencies or sticker sheets. Everything in one affordably priced printer – and even lower priced per-page printing.

It can be placed practically on any available office table. The FS-6900 features a stationary form factor, and weighs 46. 3 lbs. It measures 19.0″ long, 13.8″ high and 16.2″ thick. It has a printing resolution of up to 600 dots per inch, a class standard. Within it are inbuilt fonts: 80 scalable true type and 80 bitmap fonts. Worry not about noise pollution. This machine emits a very bearable 52.0 dB operational noise. Plus it is able to recognize a variety of networks. This means that as technology progresses, the FS-6900 can keep up and not end up outmoded.

As an industry grows, its need for output also grows. That’s why it’s important to invest on office equipment that can catch up with demand. This Kyocera printer is very flexible. It has a variety of available accessories and upgrades to keep up with increasing performance needs. The default 4 MB memory can be expanded up to 64 MB for added speed. The hard disk can be upgraded up to 2 GB to store more data. Turnout of prints can also be enhanced by the addition of a duplexer and paper trays.

This is not just any other printer from Kyocera. The FS-6900 belongs to the company’s ECOSYS line of printers. Kyocera is known all over the world as a manufacturer of technologically advanced yet environmentally friendly devices. This monochrome printer has an innovative cartridge-free system.

The secret to its cost and ecological efficiency lies in the drum, which is separated from the toner. And the drum is not just any other drum used by rivals. It’s an amorphous silicon print drum that’s in the heart of this machine. So durable, it can handle up to 500,000 pages as opposed to others’ 300,000 pages. That’s about 3 years of guaranteed efficient operation. With no cartridge to dispose of every now and then, productivity is met without harming the planet.

The Kyocera FS-6900 printer is indeed a class of its own. It’s reasonably priced, and requires even lesser operational costs. Plus, ecological concerns need not be sacrificed over high productivity needs.

A cartridge-free system equates to lower total cost of ownership. While being competitively priced, it uses long-lasting, quality parts. And the only thing that’s needed to be replaced regularly is the Kyocera FS-6900 toner. In fact, the toner is the sole consumable item on this machine. Other printers carry with them costly cartridge systems. When the toner runs out, everything has to be disposed of as well, including the printer cartridge.
